requirement.
We retain the data you provide from time to time, including
your purchase history and data we collect when you our
services and facilities. your data may be used for:
accounting, billing, audit, immigration and customs control,
safety, security, health, administrative and legal purposes,
statistical and marketing analysis, operation and frequent
flyer programs, system testing maintenance and development,
customer relations and to help us in any future dealing with
you.
We take the security of your data very seriously and we
will do our best to keep the information you give to us
secure.
General condition of carriage for passengers.
When you buy a ticket to travel with us you inter into a
contract of carriage, the contract is covered by:
- The condition in your ticket or itinerary and receipt
- All tariff and text which apply
- Our regulations
You must be care when make reservation by our flights:
- Time limit for payment of the fare
- Issue ticket and reconfirming reservation before 72
hours of the departure (when you make reservation within 72
hours before departure you must issue ticket at the same
time), if not your reservation will be cancelled.
You must check in by the check-in deadline ( 2 hours before
departure at least )
- You must arrive at the boarding gate on time
- We are not liable if you fail to meet deadline
Our flight may be delayed or cancelled if these happen, it
does not give you any additional contractual rights. We
will try to advice you to your contact and we
will: Re-routing, under comparable transport condition to
the final destination Or A refund
payable to the person who purchases the ticket this applies to
the part or parts of the journey not flown.
